Art is so tricky to define because what I see as art, someone else may think differently. As I’m reading your article, all I can think of is Death Stranding. For me personally, it’s this stunning art piece and yet it doesn’t hide it’s trying to get you to purchase it whether it’s from cameos from famous actors to its Monster product placement. But one thing is for certain, I still think about Death Stranding and the emotional stories it shares with us long after I’ve touched the game. To me that alone is what makes that game art, but I know not everyone shared the same experience as myself.

This piece definitely brings up an important conversation, but also the subjective nature of art.
