I’m really fortunate I got a hold of a rep and because of it it was waived right then and there. I don’t have a “commitment” balance, but if you do have unpaid fees from prior months, that will have to be paid.

As much as I have little trust in the company anymore, I will say that them saying it is “waived” is them being truthful/especially since it is in writing. It is illegal for a business to charge you when they cannot provide the services you agreed upon in your contract and 24 Hour Fitness is really feeling the legal heat right now.
